Track countries visited on iPhone. Log each new destination, build toward 25 or 50 countries, and see your total grow over years of travel. Free to download.
The countries list is a lifetime goal. You don't add to it every week — you add to it when you travel somewhere new, which might happen twice in a year or might happen six times in a month-long trip. The timeline is years, not days.
There's no daily habit here. There's no streak to maintain. A country either makes it onto the list or it doesn't, and the pace depends entirely on budget, time, and geography.
The number you care about is the total: 18 countries, 34 countries, working toward 50. Each trip that crosses a new border adds one dot to the grid. The months between trips change nothing.
A milestone tracker is exactly right for this. Log a new country when you visit it. The grid fills slowly over years, and every dot represents somewhere real.
Two or three trips per year might add 2 to 6 new countries depending on travel style and geography.
Travel goals are pure counts. Each new country adds one. The pace depends on budget, time, and geography. Years with major trips add multiple; some years add one. A streak tracker has no model for this: there's no daily behavior to track.
A year with no international travel doesn't reduce the count of countries already visited. The total is cumulative and never resets.
Three new countries per year reaches 30 in a decade. Years with more travel and years with less both contribute to the same lifetime count.
